THE PROBLEM

Most small business websites are built to look finished, not to bring in work.

A lot of small business sites start as a templated theme with the demo content barely changed — a slider, a stock photo, and a “contact us” page. They load slowly on a 4G connection, they have one generic service area instead of pages for the areas you actually cover, and the enquiry form dumps into an inbox that gets checked once a day. None of that is abstract. It’s the job that goes to the competitor down the road who answered first, because their site loaded in two seconds and yours took eight.

HOW IT WORKS

What we actually build.

Built for speed, not sliders

Hand-built page templates, compressed imagery, no bloated page-builder plugin stack. Pages load fast on patchy site 4G, and Google’s Core Web Vitals reward that with better rankings.

Built to rank area by area

Dedicated local-area pages for each suburb or region you cover, with LocalBusiness schema and your Google Business Profile set up properly — so you show up for “[service] near me” in the areas you actually work, not just your home suburb.

Built to capture the job, not just the enquiry

Every quote request and callback form goes straight to your email the moment someone submits it — clear, direct, and easy to reply to from your phone, not buried in a generic “message us” box.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does it take to get a website live?

Most packages go from kickoff to live site in 2–3 weeks, depending on how much content and how many service-area pages you need. We’ll give you an exact date once we’ve scoped your package, not a vague “a few weeks” estimate.

What does a website actually cost?

It depends on the package — see our pricing page for the full breakdown. As a guide, a single-service site starts from $3,600, a multi-service site from $5,700, and custom web apps from $8,000. Every quote is fixed-price before we start, so there’s no hourly-rate surprise on the invoice.

Do I need to know WordPress to manage the site afterwards?

No. We set the whole thing up and hand you a plain-English editor for the bits you’ll actually want to change yourself — job photos, prices, opening hours. Anything more involved, like new pages or a redesign, we’re happy to handle, or we can train you up if you’d rather do it yourself.

What about hosting — do I need to sort that out myself?

No, hosting is included in every package we build (or we can migrate an existing site onto our stack). You don’t need to find a host, install an SSL certificate, or manage plugin updates — we handle security patches and backups as part of the build.
