Jemma runs JS Fitness’s outdoor boot camps across Gladstone and Bundaberg, and she came to us with a clear brief: a website that could capture leads, market the business, handle bookings and invoicing, and manage the whole client relationship — all wired together, not stitched from separate tools. Visual impact mattered just as much as function. Jemma wanted a site people would actually want to look at, easy to use and understand at a glance, backed by a strong library of photography and collateral imagery that captured the energy of the boot camps themselves.
We replaced a dark, heavy original with a lighter, more energetic design built around that imagery, and put a PayPal-linked sign-up flow at the centre of it — six-week boot camp packages, paid for and confirmed in a few clicks. Behind the scenes, a members area gave every trainee somewhere to follow their program, and a custom CRM kept the entire client relationship — enquiries, sign-ups, renewals — in one place instead of scattered across email and spreadsheets.
