To the public, Hathaway Transport’s site is deliberately simple: three focused pages built around a quote-request form that sends through pickup, destination and timing details, so all Paul needs to do is approve the job and turn up.
Behind that sits the system the business actually runs on. A custom CRM keeps every customer and job in one place, drop-offs are allocated to set time slots so the day doesn’t pile up, and invoicing comes out of the same records as the quote. The staff side is covered too: employees check in through an HR system at the start of each shift, and their hours are tracked as they work, so wages and job costs come from real numbers rather than memory.
