CUSTOM WEB APPLICATIONS

If it’s custom gubbins you’re after, this is where we build it.

Alongside Launceston web design, this is the part of CrunchPixels that quietly does the most work: bespoke CRMs, booking systems, quoting and invoicing tools, built to match how your business actually operates — not the other way around.

✓Built around your actual process, not a generic SaaS workflow
✓No per-seat subscription — you own what we build
✓Lives inside your WordPress site, not a separate login
✓Scoped and fixed-price before we start
THE PROBLEM

Most small businesses run on a stack of software that almost fits.

A generic CRM here, a separate booking app there, an invoicing tool that doesn’t talk to either — each one solving one problem while creating a new one: double data entry, subscription fees stacking up, and a process that only makes sense because you’ve gotten used to working around it. It’s rarely anyone’s fault. Off-the-shelf software is built for the average business, and most businesses aren’t actually average once you look closely at how they operate day to day.

WHAT WE’VE BUILT

A few examples of what “custom” actually means.

Estimate → quote → invoice, automatically

Full lifecycle tools that take a lead from first enquiry through to an accepted quote and a paid invoice, without re-typing the same details three times.

Booking and job scheduling that fits your calendar

Booking systems built around how appointments or jobs actually get scheduled in your business, not a generic calendar plugin’s idea of a time slot.

A CRM that matches your customer relationships

Lead and customer tracking built around the stages your business actually uses — enquiry, quoted, active, repeat — instead of a one-size pipeline borrowed from a different industry.

HOW IT’S BUILT

Built into your site, not bolted on beside it.

Custom tools like these are built directly into the same hand-coded WordPress core as the rest of your site, so there’s one login, one database, and one place everything lives — rather than a website in one tab and a separate app in another. Have a look through our portfolio for real examples of the CRMs, booking systems and invoicing tools we’ve built this way.

FAQ

Common questions.

How do you scope and price something this custom?

We start with a conversation about how the process actually works today — where the friction is, what’s currently manual, what you wish just happened automatically. From there we scope the build and come back with a fixed price before any work starts, the same as every other project.

Do I need a website built first, or can this stand alone?

Most of what we build sits inside a WordPress site, so it’s usually most efficient alongside a new build or a rebuild of an existing one. If you’ve already got a site you’re happy with, we can look at whether the tool can be added on top of it.

What happens if my process changes after it’s built?

Because it’s custom code rather than a locked configuration inside someone else’s product, it can change as your business does. Small adjustments are usually covered under a care plan; bigger changes get scoped and quoted like any new feature.
