Web Design Process
1Discovery / Planning
As every project is different, Crunch needs to understand what your goals for your website will be, so we ask a series of simple questions that allow us to get on the right track from the start. We then develop a project design plan that outlines the scope of the project which identifies all your functional and aesthetic requirements.
2Design
Crunch will provide you with a design concept for your homepage, we don’t build anything until you approve the design. Crunch is committed to getting the look and feel of your site right and we provide designs that are world class.
Once the design concept is approved, we move on to internal page layouts, we provide the first three revisions without charge – additional revisions may incur additional costs, but you can be confident we will nail it with the first or second design.
3Development
This is where all the functionality of your site is coded into a Content Management System (CMS.) We build HTML versions of the approved designs and then configure the CMS and Administrative backend so you can create and edit content, any time you need to.
4Testing
Once your website is built, we thoroughly test it to make sure everything works as planned. We test across the most commonly used browsers and configurations to make sure the look and feel is consistent and the website is intuitive and user friendly.
5Training
Once your website is built, we develop a series of video tutorials that easy to follow and have jargon free narration that will have you up and running – creating and editing content immediately. We provide an end user instruction manual outlining all the important functions and configuration options.
You can always give us a call or drop us an email if you don’t completely understand something, we are always happy to help.
6Launch
Once your website is ready to go, we will give it one last check before it is unleashed to the world. Since we build all websites with Search Engine Optimisation in mind from the very beginning, it won’t be long before Google recognises your site and lists it in its search pages.
